Email playback & limits
The email GIF plays once for up to 60 seconds, then pauses. A fresh image request recalculates it. Some email apps cache or preload images, or show only the first frame. The live preview keeps counting.
Each timer includes 10,000 image requests per UTC calendar month, not unique opens. When busy or over the allowance, an active timer shows a static deadline card; after expiry, it shows your message. No watermark is added.
